How often can I expect to see my Rep?
At Kadac, our Sales Team work hard to be there when you need them. We estimate that most accounts will see their Rep monthly, with some larger accounts requiring weekly or fortnightly visits to implement planogramming, demos and stock relays. Speak with your Rep about your requirements.
Dependent on your location, you may either have one of our experienced Territory Sales Managers visit you in instore, or may be serviced via phone by our friendly Telephone Sales and Customer Service Representatives.
What are your freight charges?
Our minimum order value is $300 (ex GST) and your first order must be pre-paid. You can apply for an account of 7, 14 or 30 days after your first order. Approval will be dependent on your application.
Metro delivery fee is from $25 with free delivery over $500.
Regional delivery fee is from $50 with free delivery over $600.
How long should it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed and processed, our Warehouse Team will be on the move to get this together for you without delay. Most orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days of order placement.
Freight and/or postage time is variable based on your location and can vary dependent on staffing, border closures and backlogs beyond Kadac's control. We endeavour to have your order to you within 5 business days.
